"So far, the feelings are pleasant. The start wasn't the easiest: there were a lot of qualifiers, and we had a lot of failures. But now everything seems to be falling into place. This tournament will be indicative of how the start will be. Before that, it was just a pre-start warm-up. And here, you could say, it's the start of the battle. It was really difficult at first, but now it's much easier. Now we're already achieving a lot."

According to Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin, the team is currently behaving in a fairly disciplined manner, and each of the team members is trying to contribute as much as possible to the result without distracting their teammates, while the coach is responsible for coordinating the players. The esports player also noted that the team members share a common vision for the development of Virtus.pro.

"There is a different approach to the game. Not even to the game, but to life, you know. It's like you need to try hard, but at the same time be relaxed and, roughly speaking, not say anything to each other — it's all up to the coach.

Everything is fine with discipline here so far. Accordingly, if everyone follows the discipline normally, no one needs to monitor it.

The vision of Dota is not that different. Plus, we still have to pursue one vision of Dota. And the vision of Dota is always that someone dominates the scene, let's say Falcons, and everyone copies them. We have to do that too. That's why we're slowly coming to that conclusion."
