Cr1t- and Arteeze Shopify Rebellion

Andreas 'Cr1t-' Nielsen, representing Team Falcons, admitted that Arthur 'Arteezy' Babaev meant a lot to him, but the esports athlete felt relief when parting ways with him, leaving Shopify Rebellion.

The esports athlete shared this during an interview with Escore News.

"It's hard to explain how it was. It was more like a feeling when I thought, 'If I played with Arthur until the end of my career, I would be happy.' Because I never felt that he wasn't trying or putting in effort to win. I always felt that together we could win. And if I were to win, I would want to share it with him because we are good friends"

According to Cr1t-, it was challenging for him to play with his friend but see the team unable to secure victories.

Cr1t about Arteeze

This had a toll on the player's morale, so Cr1t- was glad that he no longer had to worry about his friend, he emphasized.

"Last year was tough for both of us. After Riyadh Masters, probably, we both realized it would be better if we parted ways. I can't say it was sad. We both rather felt relief. Obviously, you experience stress when playing with someone dear to you but not winning. It's not as easy as playing in a professional environment with other people. When we realized that it was all over and we no longer had to put in so much effort for each other, we felt relief"

Arteezy himself has not yet reacted to this candid confession from his former teammate. Additionally, Cr1t- mentioned that after his departure from Shopify Rebellion, Arteezy's role in the team also changed, taking on a more leadership position than an executive one.

Recall that earlier, Cr1t- openly commented on the players of Team Falcons and the specific habits of the lineup.
