Cooman named the OP hero of patch 7.38b that Valve still hasn't fixed

Zaur “Cooman” Shakhmurzaev referred to Dazzle as the broken hero of patch 7.38b, which, to this day, has remained unnerfed by valve despite its overwhelming power.

The esports commentator talked over this Twitch topic during his stream.

“I feel like the patch isn’t so bad. It has many holes that I think will be patched up. For instance, Furion was broken with the level 20 talent and they nerfed it right away. Dazzle is objectively broken right now, and they haven’t touched him, they just **** everybody”

Cooman mentions that some developers have nerfed Nature's Prophet, but for some reason the decided to not touch Dazzle and let him remain a power pick in patch 7.38b. In his opinion, a broken Dazzle is a too easy to win with hero, and it baffles him why valve has not weakened him.
