This claim was made by streamer ULTIMATE.

"Collapse messaged me: 'If it works out, I'll definitely beat Golovach.' He said he's willing to participate in BetBoom Streamers Battle 9 just for that. Why didn’t he play in this one? I didn’t know we could invite Tier-1 players. I would have invited him and played position four myself"

Ultimate shared that Collapse had reached out, expressing his willingness to interrupt his break to play in the tournament against LenaGolovach. This likely came after the streamer managed to defeat Ilya "Yatoro" Mulyarchuk, which shocked the Dota 2 community.
