Collapse The International 2025

Magomed "Collapse" Khalilov, offlaner for Team Spirit, apologized for his team’s early exit from The International 2025, hinting that while he gave his maximum effort, he couldn’t "carry" his teammates. He also noted that the roster had been playing poorly since the very start of the tournament.

He shared his thoughts on his Telegram channel:

"We tried to climb out of this low-skill hole — but we couldn’t. We played the same **** throughout the whole tournament. Sometimes something worked out, but… *** knows. At least I tried — I gave it everything I had. But it wasn’t enough. What else can I say, guys? Sorry. Didn’t work out, didn’t get lucky. Anyway, sorry again, guys. We didn’t live up to your expectations"

Judging by the footage, Collapse was extremely upset with the team’s results, as Team Spirit failed to even reach the playoffs, finishing only 9–13th. The two-time world champion stressed that at least he tried to play at his maximum — unlike some of his teammates.

He once again apologized to the fans and admitted that the team couldn’t climb out of the “low-skill hole.”

Earlier, Alexander "Nix" Levin spoke about possible internal problems within Team Spirit at TI14.
