Ask "Cy-" Larsen, the coach of
Gaimin Gladiators was asked whether or not the team has changed its gameplay style because they play speedily and so aggressively; therefore, it is a tough proposition to win in the current patch where quick matches are hard.
He confirmed this during an interview at PGL Wallachia Season 1.
"I believe our approach to Dota has been and will continue to be correct. We still notice how many teams are using our strategies. I think we are still strong"
The coach stated that their lineup remains strong, and other players often use their tactics in matches. However, they have not fully adapted to the current patch, which often leads to lengthy games focused on farming.
"I can't say that we have fundamentally changed our gameplay style because we want to play fast, we want to destroy opponents, but now it's much harder. This concept now requires every player to be at their peak, minimizing the number of small mistakes. Small slip-ups can greatly affect the game"
The coach also pointed out that errors are significantly affecting the game and even one of them may cost a defeat for the entire team.
It will be recalled that earlier Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov discussed risky actions of Ilya “Yatoro” Mulyarchuk stating where he went wrong.
