Clinkz can easily crash matches in Dota 2 after the release of patch 7.40b

After the release of patch 7.40b in Dota 2, players discovered a critical bug related to Clinkz that allows matches to be crashed directly during gameplay.

To reproduce the bug it is enough to purchase Aghanims Shard, then use the ultimate ability Skeleton Walk and activate Burning Barrage, the ability granted by the Shard. As a result, the game client may crash causing the match to become unplayable for all participants.

Because of this issue Clinkzs winrate may be temporarily distorted, since some losing matches simply do not reach their conclusion. It is expected that Valve will react quickly to the problem and release a hotfix, as the issue is global for matchmaking.

It is also possible that a wave of bans may follow for deliberate abuse of the bug, since similar situations have already happened in the history of Dota 2.
