Broken carry build from pro players that can solo Tormentor

Ursa Dota 2 Build

Ursa has remained one of the most stable and dangerous carry heroes in pro play for several patches in a row. At FISSURE Universe: Episode 5, the hero ranked among the most popular picks, with over 16 picks and 32 bans, and secured a spot in the top 10 most successful heroes by win rate.

One of Ursa biggest strengths is his ability to solo Roshan. With proper timing on his ultimate and Overpower, the hero can take Roshan down alone and secure the Aghanims Shard for his team — a massive boost for teamfights.

Ursa success is easy to understand: he performs extremely well in lane, plays at a fast tempo, and scales excellently into the late game. When paired with an aggressive support, Ursa can dominate early, forcing fights and quickly snowballing the match in his team’s favor.

Even in the early stages, Ursa can start securing kills without needing a full item build. His mobility, high burst damage, and strong laning phase make him an ideal pick for players who want to dictate the pace of the game from the start.

In the late game, he remains relevant thanks to Overpower and Fury Swipes, allowing him to farm the jungle quickly and outscale most other carries.

When it comes to items, pro players focus on early aggression. After the standard core of Battle Fury and Blink Dagger, transitioning into a Diffusal Blade is often the go-to choice — especially against mana-dependent heroes or mobile supports. If the enemy carry relies on armor or evasion, Monkey King Bar becomes the optimal pick.

Nullifier also plays a crucial role in Ursa’s build. It helps deal with defensive saves that Ursa typically struggles against. High-level players have even brought back the "Chinese Ursa" build — centered around Aghanims Scepter and Octarine Core — giving the hero incredible survivability and crowd control during fights.
