Luka "Lukawa" Nasuashvili, the manager of
BetBoom Team, refuted the information that the team refused to give an interview after being eliminated from PGL Wallachia Season 1. He explained it as a simple miscommunication.
He wrote about this in his Telegram channel:
"There's information that we SUPPOSEDLY refused an interview after the loss. Nobody told us anything after the loss, we gathered, changed clothes, stood in the smoking area, and were already heading to the shuttle to the hotel when an admin came and asked, 'Miero, will you give a post-match interview?' I said, 'We're already heading to the shuttle, he changed clothes.' In response, I heard, 'Okay, maybe not now, I'll clarify, and then says, you don't have to give it.' We have full respect for PGL and in general, there would be no problem giving an interview, but it turned out as it did. I explained the situation to you"
According to his words, the team didn't give an interview due to a simple lack of time, as they were rushing to catch transportation. Furthermore, Lukawa emphasized that the players expected to receive instructions after the match, but no one approached them. Additionally, the
BetBoom Team manager clarified that no problems arose, and the situation was resolved with mutual understanding.
Recall that earlier,
BetBoom Team named the reason for their defeat at PGL Wallachia Season 1.
