BetBoom Team claimed that Gaimin Gladiators are falling apart

Gleb Antokhin, or by his pseudonym cenra, stated that Gaimin Gladiators unofficial disbandment started with Melchior “Seleri” Hillenkamp’s departure into inactivity.

The current COO of BetBoom Team centered his argument on an event that took place on his Telegram channel.

“ Seleri has gone inactive. And that’s the end of a team that won multiple tournaments and placed second at The International a couple of times. Anton was the key piece that the team now lacks. I really do hope everyone understands that now”

The speculation, however, has emerged that the organization fell apart after the removal of Anton “Dyrachyo” Shkredov who most critics and professionals labeled as the glue of the roster. It's arguable that if Dyrachyo was not removed from the organization, the team would continue to be one of the best teams in the world in Dota 2. Still, cenra seems to be keen to see how the rest of the squad cope with such big shifts in the structure of the team.

“It's sad, of course, but it will be interesting to see tOfu in another team next season, or maybe even this one. Who knows... The Gladiators will be remembered by me as a strong, stable and dominant team"

As we reported earlier, Seleri is taking a sabbatical from the competitive space to focus on getting his mental health back to an acceptable level.
