BetBoom Team captain talks about serious problems in his team ahead of Riyadh Masters

Vitaly ‘Save-’ Melnyk has admitted that BetBoom Team travelled to the Riyadh Masters 2024 with a negative atmosphere in the squad after suffering numerous defeats during practice matches.

The BetBoom Team captain shared a relevant comment on the team's mood at the start of the tournament in a post-match interview during the Riyadh Masters 2024 Twitch broadcast.

‘We had a pretty bad team atmosphere going into the tournament. We lost a lot of practices, especially against Team Falcons. We want to keep training with them, but I don't think it's a good idea. So we didn't come here with a lot of confidence. However, we're feeling better now.’

BetBoom Team were on the brink of elimination at the end of the main group stage, finishing in the last passing place with three defeats, three draws and one win. However, the squad was able to perform better in the bottom set of the playoffs, beating Entity and WBG.XG. Next, the team will have to play against Tundra Esports in a match for a place in the semifinals of the lower grid.
