Valeriy “L3rich” Kharitonov, the founder of
Aurora, said that the team managed to secure a five year Schengen visa for Rafliay “Mikoto” Fatur to participate in tournaments, which he called an incredible success for the club.
He stated this during a podcast on Twitch.
“We made him a visa to participate in ESL One Birmingham 2026. Yesterday he received the documents for PGL Wallachia. I have never seen anything like this, we got him a five year visa. I am a bit shocked. Luckily at all the next tournaments, probably, Mikoto will play. Now the only question is his transportation from Asia to Europe”
It is worth noting that getting a long term visa to the EU is really not easy, and this gives the player an opportunity to forget about visa problems for the next few years. Because of document issues he was already replaced at two tournaments by Artem “Lorenof” Melnyk, who also helped the team set a Dota 2 world record.
Together with the stand in the roster managed to win 22 matches in a row, which is now the record on the Dota 2 pro scene, although there are still some logistics questions left to solve.
