Ammar “ATF” Al-Assaf, the offlaner for
Team Falcons, did not hold back, trash talking Alimzhan “Watson” Islamzhanov, referring to him as a nobody who has never won a Tier-1 tournament in his professional career.
He made the claim during a joint Dota 2 matchmaking game, where he said:
ATF: “Bro, you are so bad at this game.”
Watson: “Worth?”
ATF: “Win a Tier-1 tournament in your life, **** trash.”
Watson: “I have won one”
ATF: “D2CL – GJ”
Watson: “I beat Creepwave solo”
ATF describes one of the popular esports professional as trash, going on to remark that winning a Tier-1 tournament is crucial to be considered accomplished in such a game. Watson, on the other hand, insisted that he did win such a tournament. ATF, however, sarcastically reminded him of Dota 2 Champions League Season which he said wasn’t hard enough and fell into Tier 3.
Watson later added that ATF was quiet after he said that he won a match against Creepwave by himself. He said that he won a match against
Creepwave by herself and ATF remained quiet about it. Worth mentioning is this is not the first time the players went head to head and as there were similar clashes last year, it might have been just a joke, ob cabeza.
As a reminder, Miroslav ‘Mira’ Kolpakov had recently played Ilya ‘Yatoro’ Mulyarchuk in Dota 2 for fun, in an effort to settle the debate of who was the dominant force between the two.
