Arthur "Arteezy" Babaev, a Dota 2 legend, has reached out to Valve, urging them to urgently fix the matchmaking situation in the game, which he believes is in critical condition.
He posted his message on his X (Twitter) page.
"Hello, Dota developers. In every game at ‘Titan’ level in Europe, there’s a 10% chance of encountering a smurf or an account buyer. And on top of that, there’s the percentage of people who ruin the game if they don’t get their role. Do something!"
Arteezy emphasized that there are too many ruiners, smurfs, and account buyers in matchmaking, which negatively affects gameplay. The esports player believes that the situation needs to be addressed urgently.
He is not the first to complain about issues in matchmaking, so it's likely that the developers will attempt to address the situation in upcoming updates for Dota 2.
Recall that Valve recently postponed the release date for Act 4 of Crownfall again.
