ArsZeeqq named the true culprit of scandal surrounding 1win's slot at ESL One Birmingham

According to Arseniy "ArsZeeqq" Usov, who works as a commentator, this happened after Mind Games incident at the major in Sweden where Timur “Dinozavrik” Mavrin had problems with his passport and his visa was delayed which led to changes into ESL’s visa application rules.

The caster released a story about Mind Games’ team being late for attending the tournament only for his Telegram channel’s subscribers.

ESL announced the exclusion of 1win from the list of participants in the tournament ESL One Birmingham 2024, transferring a slot to OG's line up. At first, the team coach disagreed with Organizers’ decision and claimed that all documents were ready. Eventually, an official statement was issued by the organization concerning what had happened. By their publication in 1win, there have been several times when ESL gave them more time but they still did not send them to be four hours late.

Earlier on L1ga Team’s carry Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev has made jokes on such situation by saying that it makes no sense going to a LAN tournament for the last place.
