Apex explains reason for harsh comments directed at former teammate

Dan “Apex” Madescler stated that his remarks directed at Lotan “Spinx” Giladi during the PGL Cluj-Napoca match were motivated by a desire to provoke his former teammate into an emotional response.

The player commented on his behavior during the match on YouTube.

"He played on our team and wanted to leave, so this is payback. I'm stalking him. Every time he's the last one left in a round and tries to bait, I make sure he knows I see it. But it's just jokes. I always shake his hand when I see him in real life. Sometimes it's just fun to tease former teammates."

According to Dan “Apex” Madeskler's statement, his words should be taken as nothing more than a joke, with which the esports player wanted to tease his former teammate during the match. Nevertheless, Apex noted that he has no negative feelings towards Lotan “Spinx” Giladi in real life and is always ready to shake his hand.
