Marcus "Ace" Hoelgaard, the offlaner of Gaimin Gladiators, stated that his team is going through tough times, and due to issues with their performances in tournaments, players could even get frustrated with each other.

The esports athlete shared this during an interview at DreamLeague Season 22.

"To be honest, I feel like we've been almost at rock bottom lately. It's been one of the toughest periods for our team. We've tried a lot, some things didn't work out, trying to find our playstyle, losing a lot, and it's easy to get frustrated with each other. So it's been tough"

According to him, many of the team's strategies simply didn't work in competitions, and players couldn't find their rhythm. Ace described the situation as one of the most challenging periods in the history of Gaimin Gladiators.
