Mikhail "DarkLord^" Blinov, the carry for 9 Pandas, has created a tier list of the best Dota 2 heroes for the first position in patch 7.36b.

This was posted in their Telegram channel.

According to DarkLord , these are the best characters to use on patch 7.36b:

• Templar Assassin

• Tiny

• Chaos Knight

• Slark

It should be mentioned as his Tier List almost completely corresponds to winrate rating of current meta. After Valve’s harsh nerfs of Sand King, he dropped from top ratings at once having become the sixth worst hero in Dota 2.
