9 Pandas lost in their very first match of the open qualifiers for ESL One Birmingham 2024 to the unknown team ILOVESABRINA, resulting in their elimination from the qualifiers.

Notably, the team led by Solo conceded a map to a randomly assembled stack of players, where three of them weren't even professional players. Despite 9 Pandas putting up a good fight and having a chance to take down the enemy base at the 30-minute mark, their opponents managed to make a comeback. In just 6 minutes, ILOVESABRINA was already celebrating their victory.

9 Pandas have missed the opportunity to secure a slot in the tournament and will not be part of ESL One Birmingham 2024. Fans are even more disappointed as the team's captain had praised the revamped lineup of the club before the match.
