9Pandas acknowledge a number of problems within the team

Oleg "sayuw" Kalenbet, support for 9 Pandas, believes that the team has issues with individual skill and communication among players that need to be addressed.

The esports player made this statement during an interview with Metaratings.

"Primarily, it’s about individuals skills. At present, all five players should be in a good personal form to be competitive at top level"

Sayuw claimed that player performance has to stay at a high level throughout if the team wants to compete with others on the pro scene. Furthermore, he spoke about internal communication.

“Secondly, inside the game play people should know how exactly they need to behave in different situations. There should not be discussions like ‘Guys, what do we do?’ during crucial moments. Thirdly, it is important to have a possibility to go for concessions, find common ground and reach consensus”

According to him there are situations when he tries to introduce changes within his team even in disagreement with its captain Alexey “Solo” Berezin.
