What changed with Roshan and the Tormentors in patch 7.38 Dota 2?

Valve fundamentally altered the Dota 2 map with the 7.38 Wandering Waters update by transforming the location of major bosses like Roshan and The Tormentors. Players will have to get used to the changes, as not only the locations of bosses, but also mechanics surrounding them have completely changed.
What is Roshan’s current location?
Roshan does not stay on the hill anymore. In patch 7.38, he moved to the river close to the power rune spawn location. He now has two dens, the southern one is available during the day, while the northern one is available at night, starting from the 15th minute. The active den is marked on the minimap at all times.
New Stats And Abilities
Resistance: +25% to bases and adds both slows: armor from 20 to 30. Health bonus per interval is from 115 to 130.
Movement: While Roshans transitions between dens, he accelerates his movement speed by +200, gains phase movement, and magic damages all units in his path with a knockback effect, dealing 200 magic damage.
Throw: Can damage increasing over time, throw heroes 1,500 units.
Roar of Vengeance: Should his health drop below 80%, and the team which killed him previously attacks him again, Roshan lets out a massive roar that can be heard globally inflicting 50 damage to a radius of 900. For eight seconds, enemies within the area increase damage received by 25%. He also increases the damage taken by an additional 10 points per minute.

Tracking and Rewards
Now there is a mini map timer showing a health bar to track Roshan’s status which includes death, respawn, and active location.
Templar Assassins Third Eye accurately tracks Ryan’s respawn time.
Drops have also been changed: After the second death, drops became Cheese (Dire) and Roshan’s Banner (Radiant). After the third death Refresher Shard (Radiant) and Aghanim's Blessing (Dire).
There is now always a singular Tormentor
There used to be two Tormentors per each base, but there is only one now. The map corner that Roshan used to reside at now spawns the new Tormentor at the start of the fifteenth minute (7:30 in Turbo) on one side of the map and alternates sides always opposite of Roshan.
New Mechanics
The Shining: Every unit in a radius of 1200 receives 30 damage every second which is split evenly.
Healing Zone: Every zone healed allies within a radius upon death.
Portals and Position
The Twin Gates were relocated nearer to the corners of the map, close to the Tormentor, changing their strategic importance for rotations.
In Patch 7.38, Roshan and the Tormentors are more alive and are now affected by the day and night cycle. Capturing Roshan is now more difficult, and the Tormentor has become a focal point with new threats and opportunities. These transforms deepen the strategy and force the players to adjust. But some have already figured out how to kill Roshan solo while patrolling the river.
